Default Webra Silverline vs. Blackhead

Hi all. What are the internal differences between the two? Is the carb throat different, too?

Thanks,
David

I think I read sometime back the silverline had cheaper factory bearings, less compression and something different about the carb . I'm no expert but I do have older Speed webra's....

The Silverline is the one with the un-bushed rod too....correct? I think we were just talking about that somewhere...in your thread about the connecting rod?

The Blackhead had a needle bearing on the conrod LITTLE end. The Silverline did not.

That was the main difference although there were many small changes made over the length of production. The Blackhead was produced in Berlin for almost 30 years and not moved to Austria with the other engines.
