Has anyone ever had a header break on a four stroke.... in mid air with out hitting anything???

I am puzzled, the best I can tell is it was partially broke before and just stress broke it while in flight. Fortunately there was no damage to the rest of the plane and landed with out a problem whenI noticed the hesitation and change in sound.

BTW anyone have an extra header for a TT .91 they might want to get rid of??
