Just looking for some info on this engine
thinking between this one and the OS61
I know about there 4strokes but not about the 2stroke
any info would help in my decision.

john, the ys will bury most 45-50 sport engines and will hold it's own against the jett 45. it is also as strong as many a 60 but probably not a new os. it is also a joy to set up and run.

My YS .45fs is about the most reliable, user friendly engine I have! I use an OS #8 plug changed out every year and never have a problem. Blown some fuel tank seals though! Great engines with tons of power.
