can you run this in a big SUPER TIGRE?

Not really,
Big Tigres like a maximum oil content of about 11% and what you have there is 20% castor oil.

Try diluting a gallon of FAI with a gallon of straight Methanol and you won't be far off.

I've seen some run them on FAI with success. Some believe a hotter plug is the answer. I had to add MEK for my 3250 to idle reliably with a 18X10 prop. Generally, as a rule of thumb, I wouldn't suggest running FAI on anything larger than a 1.20.
