I need information on how to time the camshafts on an 804c.They appear to have a very small dot on them but what does this line up with? I did not take it apart but by watching the valve timing it appears that they would line up center of the small shaft that drives them when on TDC. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The cams do have timing marks on them. These are the dots that you noticed. Also, the shaft that comes through the crankcase has timing marks on it. The dots on the cams, and the marks on the timing gear shaft should line up at top dead center. If you would like, send me an e mail with your name and address and I will send you a copy of the original paperwork.
