Cheap place to buy engines, planes, or parts
I was looking for a Saito FA-100 on ebay and they were going for $230 and up for a used one. I found an add in FLYRC magazine for 10% off at HOBBYZONE.COM
The coupon code (in every monthly magazine) was FRC0803
I got a Saito FA-100 that retails for $279.99 for $252.00
a Hangar 9 corsair (retail $264.99) for $238.00
and a DX7 with reciever/servos (retail $349.99) for $314
That is a total of about $90 off plus NO TAX AND FREE SHIPPING. This may help some people with big things to buy.

Are you from Omaha. I used to be stationed there. I did not know of any clubs while I was there.

Just FYI, you can get a new Saito 100 for $250 shipped all day long at Donald's Hobby. Add the engine to your cart to see the true price. I don't know of any place cheaper.

Some of our founding members are still flying.
My friend Keith manages a "community" website for all of the clubs in the greater Omaha metro area with a central calendar of events and links to individual club sites:

Lots of great clubs here in the Omaha area. Our local Hobbytown USA stores are pretty aggressively priced when it comes to Horizon Hobby product lines too.
