Default Irvine 46

I just aquired an Irvine 46 and have read that these engines do not need much nitro content.
Would 10% nitro be too much or can I run it with a 0% nitro fuel(meaning mixing my own 0% fuel)???

I used to run my Irvine on 10% with no problems...

As for mixing your own fuel, perhaps your LHS has a jug of FAI Fuel (no nitro) hanging around, or can get it with his next order... save you the trouble of mixing your own

I had an irvine too. good engine 10-15 percent with an os #8 plug is best. mine never was a powerhouse, but it had the best idle I've ever seen in a 2 stroke.
