hi
i have a 46 fx engine, in a 5lb tiger 2. I am redoing the model, and have bought a macs header and made a mousse can muffler. The 46 is spinning an apc 11-7 at 13+ k rpms. also, I built a beautiful FG cowl for the model, and it also has an
internal exhaust. Will this engine be too hot? There is a 1cm by 1cm hole 90 degrees to the
airstream right in front of the carb, and the cylinder head sticks out about 1.5 cm. is this enough cooling or will it get too hot? i felt sorry for it just running it on the test stand, it seemed so hot, but then i dont know. the os guy wasnt much help, so can you guys tell me from experience?
