Default mac tuned pipes

I'm currently busy putting my M-1 Supercat XL together, but I'm doubting on which pipes to use with my two cmb.45's.I want to put macpipes in my boat, but they come without presure fittings.Does anybody know where the fittings should be put in?There is no welding line in the pipes,so i guess I need a distance from glowplug to fitting.

Anyone.....?

Happy building!!!!!

you want the fitting at the highest point on the pipe. or widest.
