Engine thrust
Engines produce torque, which is converted by the prop to thrust...
The best thing for you to do would be building something on which you can mount an engine, run it and then read the thrust you get from your engine-prop combo...
You can build a sliding engine mount with drawer rails and use a dynamometer (fishing scale) and the back to read the produced thrust.
The next best thing is to ask people who run similar engine-prop combo's to see what they get from it...

Engine thrust
I put a piece of 1/8" rope with a loop in each end around the tail of the airplane and put the loops on the hook of a digital fish scale and, with the airplane on a hard, smooth surface (like concrete or asphalt) see how hard the plane pulls at full throttle.
That's close enough for my purposes.
