part #'s for OS 61 fs
Wondering if anyone out the knows what the part # for the carb and needle valve assembly on an OS 61 fs 4 stroke. Also is there a generic carb that I could use that would work. Thanks

I have been using the fuel metering carb from the OS 70 on my 61 for many years. It gives much smoother midrange and idle than the original airbleed carb. It is a direct replacement with no modification required. Tower hobbies may still stock it under the following stock # OSMG2526 part#44081000 Carburetor FS70SUR. The price will be the only thing that hurts.

part #'s for OS 61 fs
Just got my OS 70 carb with the same part # given in post # 2 and it didn't fit. It turns out that that part # now is for the OS 70 surpass 2 not surpass 1 carb. Just figured I'd let everyone know about this so that no one had the same problem as me.
