Default Temp problems with an OS .15 CV-Hyper!!

Temp problems with an OS .15 CV-Hyper!! After running for a brief period(like 1/4 of a tank or less), the damn thing seems to quickly heat up... to like 280 F, and I kill it so it does not go beyond that.... HELP!! What to do?? It is running in a TMAXX and seems to have PLENTY of raw power and torque!! Compression feels REALLY good still!! It should be adequately air cooled as it reacts the same with OR without the truck body on.... So confused! Please, please help... if there is any ideas as I am bummed AND stumped..... I really don't want to burn this thing up! Thanks ahead of time for ANY reply's!!

Bah.... Thanks guys... but we feel it is already running to RICH...... So to lean in the idle/mid throttle mixture screw, and out the high speed one a little might work you think!??
