Default MVVS 1.6 gasoling tubing size?

I have 10 feet of 1/8 I/D tygon tubing, can I use the 1/8 ID tubing or does it have to be 3/32 ID?

Considering the fact that this engine would be hard pressed to burn more fuel than a half an ounce per minute of gas/oil mix, I'd say that getting a snug fit on the fuel nipples (and securing with clamps/tie wraps) is more important than concerning yourself with sufficient fuel flow as it relates to the fuel line's ID.

Additionally, the Walbro carb incorporates a fuel pump, thus further lessening the worry about fuel delivery.

I'm not worried about fuel delivery, I just want to make sure that it's not TOO big. The plus is that fueling the 8 ounce tank will be much faster with bigger line.

What kind of clamps should I use? I want to stay away from tie wraps.

I purchased not knowing better the 1/8" Tygon fuel line and have since tried 1) large metal spring clamps; 2) the medium of same; and now; 3) small black wire ties. #3 is the only one that works on my fuel nipples. Ryobi 31

Well, it's a lot easier to unclamp a clamp then it is to unwrap a wire. I "plan" on not using a cowl, and if I don't use a cowl I won't use a fuel filler whcih means I have to pull off the lines to refuel.

Turned/ sanded down some mini drip irrigation "T" fittings and plan to use one of those ball tipped plugs on the fueling stub on the "T"
Space is a problem at times and I wanted tight fittings as the they are all over the muffler on a gasser.
