ASP 75 and Perry carb combo.
I am contemplating replacing the original carb on my ASP 75 engine with a Perry Series 80 (large) carburettor recommended for 51 - 90 engines, as the ASP carb leaks quite a bit at the H/S needle.
Thought the OD of both carb necks are the same, the bore of the Perry is much smaller. Will there be any significant reduction of power due to this feature. This ASP carb bore is bigger than any on my 90 size engines. Thanks.
