Default F91S rocker arm adj. screws???

Just wondering, how many of you have had a problem w/ the adj. screws? I was just checking my valve lash, and the E. was too tight...It was set up perfect before I ran it, and now that it's got a little time on it, I decided to check 'em... Anyway, when I went to re-adjust the E. lash, I discovered the reason the lash adjusted itself...The screw was broken, half way thru the nut! I was careful not to over torque (or under torque) the nut too, in case you're wondering. Looks like a materials failure to me (too brittle) and I seem to recall seeing a couple of others saying something about the adjusters? Thanks.

I have a 91 Surpass I and there's never been a problem with the rocker adjusting screws.

The one thing I saw on here about broken valve adjuster screws was a Magnum where the guy broke out the side of the sloted adjusting screw itself.

Enjoy,

Jim
