I have an OS max 60SR thats in need of some parts. Only thing is that OS has discontinued the engine. I dont have a parts break-down of the engine so i dont know any P/N. Can anyone out there help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think the ring, and the bearings are about all you can
get from the Hobbie Houses anymore. I rebuilt one a
while back....and was lucky to get a cylinder and a back
plate from a guy up in Canada....few FSR lovers will part
with NOS parts.

Hey Flyboy Dave, some of us do. I was able to help you out.
You can still get parts from Great Hobbies or Tower. The piston, ring, bearings, and gasket set are still available. Its the cylinder and crankshaft the the hard ones to get.
Piston # OS26703210 (it is the same piston as the 60FSR)
Ring # OS 26703404
Front Bearing # OS 26731002
Rear Bearing OS # 26730109
Gasket set # OS 26714006

...we must have posted at the same time....

Were ya' been....? I lost your e-mail address last fall
(I think)....in the "Great Computer Crash" when my
old PC flamed out for good....

Just yesterday....a Guy Pm'ed me and wanted to know
the balance point on a model....and when I was diggin'
through some maunuals and stuff, I came across that letter
you sent me with the OS 7L carb specs....

....I was gonna drop you a line, and see if you were still
around.... I've been at this site exclusively since last
June....

Speaking of FSR's....I just got this from an RCU member.
Should be here tomorrow....
