Cline questions
Hi, I have a few questions on the cline regulator which I am planning to use on saito 100:
1) Can I break in the engine with the cline installed, or do I install the cline after the initial break in ?
2) How do I mount the cline to the saito 100 ? Appreciate any pics of installation.
3) How long does a cline last before it needs to be replaced ? Does it use any rubber membrane inside ?
Thanks..............

Cline questions
I would not use the cline during the break in process. The reason is that the cline requires some level of suction on it to move the fuel. I have to open my needle up a bit when using the cline. I am not sure you could make it rich enough to do the 100 break in.
I placed the cline in the channel running back from the bottom of the engine. My cline-to-carb line is about 1.5 inches this way. Runs awesome.

The Cline will let you run plenty rich during the break in, I keep the Clines mounted about 3/8 inch from the carb, the closer the better. Your 100 will run like a champ after about 30 minutes it does not need a long exaggerated break in like most think it does. I don't know where that idea comes from.
