Default OS FL 70 question

I recently purchased a OS FL 70. Can the carb be turned on it? It looks to me that the answere is no, but I thought I would ask anyway.

After hooking up a number of four strokes I don't feel it is so important that they are reversable. I usually dog-leg the throttle rod and use the throttle rod in the stock 2 stroke position on an ARF
