need instructions for OS61sf Pumper

Bought a plane with engoine and the previous owner lost the instructions for adjustment of the pump. Engine has been ran AND was setup to run upright. New installation is inverted and it won't hold a low or high end. Can someone please send a copy of the adjustment.
