Hi has anyone ever heard of this fellow, the name is Grahm C.Rice he has at least one book out on rc engines. Just wondering what sort of an authority he is.

This book? The copyright is 1991.I've never heard of 'em but the book is 18 years old.Also-I would be careful about sending RCM money.

The book was written in the days of the old rear cam OS FS60 and FS90. there is a so called short addendum later added in the very early 90's for the front cam engines.

If you have the old original OS four stroke engines it may be of a little value but if you have Surpass engines, the book has almost no value.

Even at its best, the book contained no more information than what was in the owner's manual from OS.

This book shows the surpass on the cover, so I think it covers that engine quite well.

It doesn't do much for the Surpass.

Don't waste your money.

It even has the wrong method of setting the cam timing on the front cam engines in it.

The book will cause you more confusion than anything
