Surging Problem at High End
A friend at our field has a .46 engine, not sure if Tower or TT.
At high rpm, the high end waivers or surges back and forth from high to medium rpm.
Any thoughts on a possible solution?

Surging Problem at High End
Try replacing the glow plug, and if that doesn't solve it, it's probably fuel starvation. Check if the tubes are squashed in any way, or the tank is set too low, or the tank is pressurizing OK, or any other thing you think might restrict the fuel flow.
