O.S. does not specify torque values. They really aren't needed. We've only used torque wrenches on certain gasoline-fueled engines, and then only on specific parts of those engines where the manufacturer states that tightening to a specific torque value is absolutely required.

This is a great video. I have one problem; I have an older engine and I can't get the pin that holds the rod in the piston out. I noticed in the video that it cam out with the pad but it didn't for me. Any suggestions?

A nicer tool which some modelers use is [link=http://torkit.com/search_results_narrow.asp?txtsearchParamTxt=&txtsearchParamCat=ALL&txtsearchParamType=ALL&iLevel=1&txtsearchParamMan=ALL&txtsearchParamVen=ALL&txtFromSearch=fromSearch&btnSearch.x=4&btnSearch.y=15]Tork-It Torque Wrench[/link].
Greg,

The link you included does not seem to work very well...

Try [link=http://torkit.com/store/productgrid.aspx?primarycatid=43]this instead[/link].

You might also want to look at [link=http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=7031]this item[/link] from HobbyKing.

Or you can contact [link=http://www.chinatraderonline.com/DIY-Tools/Screwdrivers/Idly-Rotating-Torque-Screwdrivers-233518517.htm]this and other, similar manufacturers[/link] for items that offer more accuracy.

Web links are hardly static. They were posted a year and a half ago. Good thing there are plenty of search engines. I happen to get an email from the individual so the question has been answered.
