Which OS 32 - SX, SX-H, F or F-H model as the factory low end settting point is different between the SX and F series if I recall.

This is a OS 32 H. I tried to adjust it myself without knowing how, and now I have trouble getting it started again.

The manual should tell you how to get it back to factory spec. My 32 SX pull start low needle is about 3.5 turns out.
