Hi,
Any body know how to set the correct timing for the cams on a saito 115? As I`ve had to replace the bearing and then realized I`m not quite sure how this bit go`s back together.
Thanks.

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply, Is there any tricks to make sure I get it right first time? and is this the same for all saito single cylinder engines?
Thanks.

Double check your timing after assembly by turning the crankshaft one full turn form top dead center on the compression stroke.
At top dead center you will be on the overlap stroke. One valve will be almost closed and one will be almost open. Both valves should be open the same amount if the timing is correct.
All the singles are the same
