hey guys i just finished installing new bearings on my saito fa115 four stroke and i when i took it apart i had a really tough time getting the drive flange off and i'm wondering if anybody could tell me the easiest way of putting it back on.

Slide the tapered collet on

Slide the drive flange - prop -prop washer - and nuts on and tighten up. The rest will take care of itself

does the tapered collet go out of the flange easily.

Are you asking how to remove the tapered collet from the drive hub?

Use a small punch and tap it out gently, it should come easily once it is free.
