I need to know what kind of motor this is. It has the letter K with this type of sign behind it < . it is made in the U.S.A. it is supposed to have a piston ring but it doesnt so i need to know what it is. the serial # is b08162. anything will help thx.

You are describing the Kraft .61 Engine.
Originally introduced if I remember in the latter '70s. The same "Kraft" that made R/C radio equipment for years.
The engine is available in retro-form from RJL.
The originals were pretty nice engines in their day...I have no experience with the RJL remakes.

If it is a Kraft, go to www.mecoa.com and they will have parts for it. They make the engine currently with the same dies and all parts fit. This is assuming it is a Kraft. It could be a kumar or any number of other engines, need more info!
