Getting a bigger bend in my Saito manifold pipe
I have a side mounted Saito 1.5 whose manifold pipe needs a couple more degrees of bend to clear the firewall with the muffler pipe. Can this be bent anymore? If so, what is the best method as I am guessing this is pretty hard piping. Or, is there a flexible pipe to fit this engine?

I had the same issue with a Saito 91 I installed. I ensured there was a nut on both ends, placed one end in the vice..heated up with a "ring around" type propane torch and bent it a little at a time using a bolt that I could push in the pipe to ensure it did not get bent out of round.. I worked just fine.
