30 cc = 1.83 cuin
A Y pipe and two 0.91 4-s muffler after your stock 2-s muffler should be no problem.
A Briggs & Stratton lawnmower sausage type muffler may be a cheaper solution.

Let me ask one question: as you said it is "0.40 cuin short " i want to know what is the effect on engine if it is short in capacity? will it effect on performance or bad for engine.. as i said power is not required for my project.
Thank you

Keep in mind 2 cycle has twice as many exhaust cycles as 4 cycle does.i doubt that is a large enough muffler for a 2 stroke engine.
