Serge:

If it's the shaker pump the closer the better. If it's the one operated by crankcase pressure on or right behind the firewall is ok.

Bill.

I have mounted them to the firewall before, and one to the engine mount.

RE: perry pump????????????

Hello Bill

As you are familiar with the Perry regulator may I ask you:

I have a MOKI 1.35 with a regulator installed as written in the book.
The engine quit on me after 2-3 minutes of operation. The quit occure while throttle is in 1/4 at no acceleration or idle.
Any idea or other links to where I can ask.
Thanks
Amram

Regards your in flight engine failure, almost without exception it's a heat problem if the carb adjustment is otherwise OK. This can be air flow, too large a prop, or just too much nitro in the fuel.

Bill.
