Dirty Birdy 60 CG?
I purchased a Bridi Dirty Birdi 60 size plane. Installed a fresh OS 60 and some decent servos. It was a kit from the 70s. Was wandering if anybody would happen to know where the center of gravity is according to the plan (which I don't have) and a reference point. Such as 4 in back from the leading edge next to the fuselage? Thankyou, groundskeeper3404

RE: Dirty Birdy 60 CG?
Just looked on my plans from RCM Plan #602, it is 1/4" infront of main gear or 6-3/8" from the leading edge of wing. Trike landing gear.

Thankyou very much. I just finished setting up the plane and need to break in the OS61. But balancing is the only thing left. Hoping to maiden next Wednesday if the weather holds. This vintage ship may not take kindly to the 2.4 ghz receiver or the new tires, but everything else will stay original.

You can download the plan from http://www.trentonrcflyers.com/patte...structions.htm along with many other plans for similar models.
You might also want to refer to the classic pattern flying section of RCu.
