I want to touch up scuffed wingtips. Is this TopFlite LuserKote paint, or something else? Tell me what I need to match the blue.

TOPR7509 LUSTREKOTE 10OZ SPRAY BLACK
TOPR7522 LUSTREKOTE 10OZ SPRAY SAPH BLU

The gold isn't available in LustreKote.

And don't forget the primer for guaranteed color match:
