Default G.P. Super Sportster 20 size

I am building this plane and am wondering about control setup? The only mention in the instruction is for the elevator. For the elevator there is a chart that gives elevator throws for different c.of g.'s. When they say 1/4" throw is that total travel or does it mean 1/4" up and 1/4" down? As I said there is no mention of rudder or aileron throws so I don't know what to do with them?

Generally, if specific control throws are not mentioned, then you can use +/- 20-30 degrees of travel. The "max" travel is for one side of neutral, so you should set your model up so that the trailing edge of the elevator has +/- 1/4" of travel.
