Default Support for Great Planes Slot Machine

I bought a Slot Machine from my LHS this morning. While practicing on a sheet of 1/4" balsa, the nylon gear stripped out.
How do I get this problem fixed with the manufacturer?

You'll need to send it to Hobby Services.

Please ship your item to:

USA

Package your item(s) carefully against shipping hazards. Please make sure it's insured against loss or damage in shipping. Uhhh............... i'm sorry but why don't you just take it back to the LHS that you bought it from. Anytime something breaks or is defective within a week or two i return to the store. Isn't that one reason you buy from a LHS, the service. Don't mess with mailing it. Let the LHS do it. Just my nickels worth!

I purchased a Slot Machine at my LHS just this morning. I bought some ¼â€
sheet balsa to practice with the tool.

I made four to five hinge slots, and the blades suddenly stopped moving.
The motor runs, but the blades don’t.

When I checked the machine. I found the nylon gear that drives the blades was stripped.
