Explain to the company what issues we are having that are common or even suggestions to improve the products we buy.
Maybe if enough customers tell them changes will be made/improved.

Great idea Darla! I'm firing off a nice message now just explaining what I've experienced... I work in video games so feel a bit like I'm "beta testing" but all is good, they need to here the voice from the customers who are playing with their products ;>
