So today I decide to tear down my Axe CP just for the heck of it, and in my enthusiasm I failed to take not of which servo connects to which terminal on the receiver board. So now I need some guidance here.
Assuming the the heli is facing me and Im looking straight down at it and the receiver is laying flat on the mounting area with the xtal on the left and the servo connections at the front. Which servo goes connected to which plug?
Using the attached image for reference, which servo goes to which channel?

Without tearing mine down to look, it looks like
s2=4
s3=1
s1=5 or 6, not sure, they are pulled together and strapped
the single orange pin goes on 3 at the pin to the rear
Maybe someone else knows the other 2 in the correct place. Let me know if you don't get it, I will cut the tie-straps on mine and tekk you for sure.

I am a little dissapointed in the instruction manual that comes with the Axe. Like r/c 1/8 buggies that come assembled, you still get a complete assembly manual as if it was in kit form. I think Heli-max should make a simialar manual available. Just my 2 cents on that.

Nick I completely agree with you. If they don't want to pay for all that paper they could at least make a fully detailed manual available on their website that we could download.

Thanks a bazillion!!!
Question, does it matter if the esc/gyro is mounted on its side or can it be mounted on the rear of the heli on that little platform looking thing above the tail boom?

I am curious to know the answer to that too. I don't plan on moving mine but the info would be great. I have absolutely no knowledge of gyros whatsoever!!!
