Best Balancing Lipol Charger
I can't decide which one to buy. Is there a balancing lipoly charger that ACTIVELY balances that I can just plug into the wall. Is there no way around using a car battery or a power converter.

The best chargers seem to require 12V input. However, there are a number of 12V power supplies you can get to plug into the wall. I use an FMA.
