<g> it depends on the standard you're aiming for. If you're shooting for perfect, it's hard to do (but possible), but within 3-4mm or so on these guys should be fine. If you can't get it there, then there are a wealth of choices-- it's a helicopter, after all. Some I can think of:
Bent mainshaft or hub
Blades or hub out of balance
Blade hinge holes inaccurate
Worn ball link
Flybar bent/paddles not aligned
Uneven hinge bolt tension, or blades don't move smoothly in grips at right tension
Anything at all loose
If you can't get the blades to track consistently it usually means there's something bent, out of balance, or loose.

Paddles are equal distance and checked with digital calipers. Paddles are level main shaft not bent and installed a new flybar. I have ballanced my blades with my blade balancer. I am going to check and see if blades are rubbing in the grips. Good point I will look at them closer. Thanks
