If adding extra 1/16 weights to the fly bar where would be the
best place inside or tword the outside. ???????

I place mine right next to the paddles, this slows down cyclic input and makes it a little easier to hover.

Would this be effective for my Rotofly? Or is this with the axe cp? If so how much weight?

Although the Rotor-fly is a Fix-Pitched head it still have a flybar for gyroscoping stabilization reasons so I would think it's plausible to put one to make the hover or flight more predictable and less responsive.
