Default Electrifly battery placement

Just picked up the Electrafly setup for Lipos- Polycharge, balancer, and 1250mah battery. The battery seems huge compared to the stock one, but it is the same size as the 910mah that Tower recommends. All I can see is hanging this joker from the underbelly- otherwise it wont make weight and balance. Where are others putting these big packs (I know that the Thunder power is not as big)?

On another note: You might think that products within the same line/name/family would be plug and play with each other, but not so with Electrafly charger and balancer. Had to change plug ends to make them work. Not a big deal, but unexpected and had to make another trip to the hobby store.

Hmm, interesting. I have a stack (literally) of GP/Electrifly batteries, plus a few each of ESky and EFlite. They all plug into my Equinox as they came out of the box.

The battery is not the problem with plug and play, it was the charger-to-balancer connection.
