Default Plastic blades

Has anyone found or tried plastic blades for the axe yet?

I also have the JCS Blades. And they do fly good.

more resistant to breaking, yes, but less resistant to causing more damage =P

on the cpp if you do the paper clip sheer pin mod then it really reduces alot of the negative aspects

What is the paper clip sheer pin or should i just stay with wood the break easy I now i did it last night. I am new to heils but man was that fun. I have flown a lot of rc plane but this is dif. but i will get this soon i did good untli i used thr. up.

I have a set of plastic blades. They do work OK. The only drawback is in a hard landing they tend to hit the tail boom and brake blade grips. Blade grips are easy to replace and the tail boom will bend back.

I've noticed with the plastice JCS blades that when in a stable hover about 4 to 5 ft off the ground she will all of a sudden pull up and climb 10 to 20 ft more on its own. RPM's holding stedy. I've even tighten up the bar in the radio to make sure it was not me causing it while working the tail. Anyone else having this prob?
