I had to replace my feathering spindle - did a good inspection, and all parts seem to be straight - however, when I lift off, the helicopter seems to tilt to the right - it seems to hover correctly, but tilts!!
Also, I have to move my tail trim almost all the way to the right to keep it from spinning to the left - is this adjustable somewhere?

Tail trim is a pain in the ear with a cheap gyro and tail motor, something you will just have to live with. You will also probably find that the gyro trim changes as the battery discharges.
As for the right tilt thats normal, they all do that even full scale (though they generally tilt left due to main rotor rotation direction) its because the tail rotor is trying to blow the helicopter sideways as it cancels the torque of the main rotor. If the helicopter is level it will scoot to the left, its a phenomenon called translating tendency, you need some right cyclic to compensate.
