I guess for those who are set on staying wiht the AXEcp. Tower has several of these for $100ea. Considering the cost of individual pieces after the big "KABOSHO" or flight packs, not a bad deal.

Yeah, but they only have 2 blade grips, one main shaft and spindle, and 2 blades - that's what breaks all the time, and I can by lots of those for $100. (now, for you that burn out your motors or 3n1 all the time it might be a good deal)

if you are going to stick with the CP, I'd say it would be a good investment, some parts you won't need often.. but a spare of everything is cool, depending on how you sit in relationship to a hobby shop that stocks parts.

I bought an additional axe at full price when mine was in Champaign, and then a used one later, just for parts.. it gave me plenty of extra everything..

I was thinking more inthe line of the flight packs that come with them. My ESC quit and thats $84 right their. Tail boom alone was $15.

motors are quite expensive...

buying an extra would give you a second channel to fly on, just in case...
