Brushless motor
Has anyone installed a brushless main motor on the AXE CP? I fly at high altitude (6000') so i'm automatically at a disadvantage with a brushed motor. I wonder if the grips and other head parts would take the stress? After searching the forums I haven't read or heard of a case where someone has gone brushless on the axe. I was hoping that someone with more time in this forum might be able to help.

RE: Brushless motor
J.
There have been several posts on converting to a brushless motor. I think the term they used was "going separates". If I remember they did away with the 3 in 1. I'd suggest looking though the threads a few weeks back. You may also find some info in the following post:

After you've read these posts and you still have questions, I'm sure if you PM'd one of the guys they'd be glad to help you out.
Hope this leads you in a helpful direction.
