Default Changing Blade grips

Well I got my Blade CP from a buddy of mine who bought it new and crashed it. I am a harcore Plane guy but I have flown a few helicopters so i am going to give this a try. Both blade grips are broken so I have a new set on the way from tower. I was taking it aprt tonight and when I tried to loosen the screws inside the blade grips the screws just spun in place and did not come out. What am I doing wrong here? Thanks for the help guys.

You have to put an allen wrench on each end then hold one side while u loosen the other. one side might have locktight on it.

make sure you take out the bearings out of the old blade grips . and watch for the o rings in the center hub and check you feathering spindle if its bent get a new one. the spindle can bend in a bad crash good luck
