novus 125 fp issue. please help
Hey everyone,
i crashed my novus 125 fp and it is now spinning counter clockwise rapidly and i can not stop it. the tail gear that attaches to the main gear was stripped and missing a tooth so i replaced that thinking it would fix the problem but it did not. the other gears on the tail are ok so i am not sure what to do next. does anyone have any suggestions or has had this problem and fixed it. thanks for your help |

Did you check the connection with the gyro?
Is the tail rotor running? Check the electric connections to the flight receiver. Check the mechanical connections to the servo and tail. |
RE: novus 125 fp issue. please help
connection to the reciever is good and the mechanical connect looks good... i can move the rudder easily. the aluminum bar running along the tail does bend a hair but i would assume thats just from moving the rudder all the way to one side.

I have had this happen, and the drive shaft was stripped on one end. Another thing to look for would be a stripped main gear.
