Default novus 125 fp issue. please help

Hey everyone,
i crashed my novus 125 fp and it is now spinning counter clockwise rapidly and i can not stop it. the tail gear that attaches to the main gear was stripped and missing a tooth so i replaced that thinking it would fix the problem but it did not. the other gears on the tail are ok so i am not sure what to do next. does anyone have any suggestions or has had this problem and fixed it. thanks for your help

Did you check the connection with the gyro?
Is the tail rotor running?

Check the electric connections to the flight receiver.
Check the mechanical connections to the servo and tail.

connection to the reciever is good and the mechanical connect looks good... i can move the rudder easily.  the aluminum bar running along the tail does bend a hair but i would assume thats just from moving the rudder all the way to one side.

I have had this happen, and the drive shaft was stripped on one end. Another thing to look for would be a stripped main gear.

Hold the tail rotor blades and GENTLY turn the main blades (don't force it if it will not move). this will tell you if you have a stripped shaft.
