Turn the battery so that the wires are facing the motor, it will be tight but you can fit it in there. If it still doesn't fit, you'll have to trim the underside of the canopy.

I had to trim mine.

Not sure what you mean about trimming the canopy .. are you talking about cutting out the bottom where the battery bottoms out or where the end of the canopy meets the landing gear ????

We're talking about the 400 canopy here, just want to clarify.
