I have a shuttle ZTS and I did a 5 blade flybarless conversion. No matter what I do I can't get the tail to stabilize. I've adjusted the pitch and added longer tail blades but the tail will not stay stationary. I haven't gotten it to hover yet but if I get the rotors up to speed I can somewhat check aileron and elevator. If I move the stick to left aileron while it's on the ground it tends to lean backwards. I will include a picture of my setup

I have never had a 5 blade head, but im guessing that the 90 degree setup you have in your pics will not work for 5 blades :-)

I have a 120 degree setup not a 90 degree. My phasing is set as well too
