Its due time for a hirobo pic thread, so post your pics and specs of your prized bird.
Heres mine

Hirobo Shuttle Z: OS 32SX-H (pull start), aluminum swashplate, header tank, Futaba 9chp, etc.
I would like a GY401 for her to replace the piezo gyro, but it will have to take a back seat for a bit.

It came with the pink and black ones, but I like the blue and black ones better. I didn't mention that this bird is around 18 years old and I am the second owner. To post pics just upload them to photobucket.com or another place, resize them to message board size, and then post the url that the picture host site provides.

This is my first Heli ever. I have had a fantastic time learning to fly this bird without using a simulator. She's quite forgiving and has some nice lines in the air.
I'm using an ancient but functional JR Max Computer radio with PCM receiver. Power comes from an OS .32 with rope start. Its the older engine with smaller carb but seems to get the job done. I've replaced the original JR 501 servos with new JR 537's and the JR 810G sport tail servo. Stabilization comes from a JR 410 gyro that replaced the mechanical power hog that was in place when I bought it. I've upgraded to Funkey Silver finish fiberglass blades, Century torpedo muffler and Hayes header tank with homemade aluminum bracket.
Here is a link to some recent forward flight with friends at the field.

Well, this is my first EVO which I just finished and like it a lot.
I did a small paint job which turned out descent I think.
Here's my pictures before it gets dirty. The muffler has to go though, will pick up a new in a couple of weeks.

These are before and after pics... guess which is after. By the way this Shuttle Plus is available free to whomever can come pick it up. I will be removing the engine and radio gear... not the Gyro as I will never need one again.

A Shuttle with the blue and black stickers!! That brings back memories.
