710 mm blades w/ 95mm rotors will work well for my intentions ?

I would use 690's as the rotor head is much wider than an Evo 90. Get yourself a pair of MAH, Radix or V's in the 690 length and you will have nearly the same rotor disk size as a Evo 90 head with 710's.

95's are fine.
